Daily Report

I'm keeping this on a private entry and updating it throughout the day/also writing stuff I eat on scraps of paper if I can't get to the computer in order to keep myself motivated...Then at the end of the day, I'll post it!!  Highly considering doing this every day...I'm putting it all behind a cut, though, and the title will be "Daily Report," so if you think it might trigger you, please don't read it!  Also, if you don't feel like reading it you can feel free to ignore it - i always appreciate feedback but i really am doing this mostly for myself...


- AIM : Speed up metabolism/maintain weight - frequent small meals/snacks - GOAL: 800 cals.
-Need to eat dinner with family tonight, even if I don't eat a lot, I *WILL* eat what they are eating and I *WILL* sit at the table with them and socialize - i'm tired of them complaining/worrying about my eating habits and I feel very guilty for distancing myself from them lately.  I love them and hurting myself is no excuse for hurting them, too.

Exercise:
-Walked approximately 6 miles
-Wore pedometer to work, tried to remain active (7428 steps during the time i was working)

Pills:
-2 Total Lean
-1 Green Tea Extract Pill
-6 "Grobust" Pills (I really miss my boobies, you guysssss, i'm trying to get them back without gaining weight -- has anyone used these and did they work for you??  so far my boobs feel kind of sore like before i get my period but i'm hoping that's cuz they're growing??)
-4 Hoodia
-1 Prozac

Breakfast:
-About 1/5 package frozen spinach (20 cals)
-2 Egg Whites (20 cals)
Genius decided that this would be good on a piece of toast (80 cals)
Total: 120 cals, could have done without the toast

Lunch:
-1 Lipton Chicken Noodle Cup-O-Soup (80 cals)
Total: 80
Grand Total: 200

Snacks:
-9 Quakes (60 cals)
-About 10 Baby carrots (50 cals?)
-Small Light/Fit Yogurt (45 cals)
-Sugar Free Jello (10 cals)
Total Snacky Cals: 165
Grand Total: 365

Dinner:
-10 Mini Raviolis (240 Cals)
-Tomato Sauce (I'm assuming 1/4 cup?...That's still a lot of sauce?   About 20 cals)
-Chicken cutlet, no skin (123 cals)
Total: 383
Grand Total: 748

If I get hungry again I might have something little like Sugar-Free Jello or something, but that's close enough to 800...Tomorrow is 1000...Meh.  A lot of food...But I will *NOT* gain tons of weight from eating a little more for a few days, and I need to teach myself this and try to fix my metabolism a little bit...damage control...
